Possibly the cruelest use of runite is making barbed arrows. The metal applies a force against anything that tries to touch it, which makes removing a barbed arrow painful. You are just as likely to send it further into the wound than remove it. Some areas of Ashenfall banned their usage a long time ago, but that won't be a consideration if you're fighting Kuldra.
