Blue dragon hatchlings are mercurial things. Their lives are filled with a whimsical desire to cause destruction and chaos. Among dragonkind, they favour elaborate pranks, such as collapsing a cave roof on their siblings. For anyone else, however, their mischief turns to malice and they seek nothing but to rend and rip and reduce their target to naught but bubbling pools of viscera.
All in all, not the nicest creatures.
