One of the first weapons ever created, the stone dagger has a sinister history. At first it allowed early humans, dwarves, elves and other intelligent species to thrive. They could take down prey and feast on the spoils, using the dagger to pare down the kill, making it easier to eat. It created the gap between animals and people, the first step toward civilization.
It’s also the first tool to lead to murder.
