Hate can be a powerful tool. It forges and it destroys with equal might. Grudges can last generations, well beyond the lifespans of those first slighted, and vengeance… vengeance can be eternal.

Ravanna knew this well. She stoked her hatred and turned it into a weapon. She wrapped it around her soul like a cage and unleashed the power of it into the very sky over the Highlands. A storm, driven by grief, rage and unfettered loathing, turned the clouds into agents of her vengeance and as they writhe, rage and hate, they build static charge that they unleash upon the garou that live below.
