Bread

Simple wheat, water, yeast and salt, combined together and incinerated within an oven. A staple across many cultures and species across Gielinor and beyond. The Icyene of Hallow enjoy a flatbread that they can wrap food in, for a meal on the wind. The aviansie of Abbinah, when the limited wheat is available, prefer a thick and sturdy bread, so that each bite lasts longer. Elves enjoy a sourdough, priding themselves on how long they can keep the starter alive.

For the people of Ashenfall, much like their cousins in the mainland, a simple loaf is more than enough.
