The poor vulture gets a bad rap. We see them as omens of death; scavengers circling around us, waiting for us to die. This image is fair, but ask yourself why they do this and what good it brings the world.
Would you rather the desert was filled with the rotting corpses of those who have succumbed to the Scorch? Or, is it not better to find picked-clean skeletons, in which disease and corruption cannot thrive?
