The garou spoke in hushed tones about a hunter in the eastern reaches of the Fractured Plains. They knew well enough not to approach her: she would keep to hunting game, unless the garou posed a threat. If a young garou was unwise enough to rush her, she would punch an arrow through their throat.
The hunter wouldn't hide herself particularly. While she was hooded, her weapon of choice was a magic longbow, and it would surge with energy like a lightning bolt in the Highlands. The hunter knew that she could not be touched; that the garou could watch her all they wanted.
All the garou could do was share stories about her. Trackers said that she moved without leaving a trail - something that meant she was neither human or goblin. Others claimed that they heard soft music in her territory and promptly forgot why they were there. One garou even claimed to see a shadow of the hunter - a version completely in black.
