Clearly, all limestone is ground limestone, as it comes from the ground. In many places it IS the ground. But this is specifically limestone that has been ground down into a dust.
Ground limestone's primary use is in glassblowing. Should you have the crafting capability and a healthy, strong puff, you can use the ground limestone to make molten glass and then glass-produce.
